My diptych Sister Human 1 & 2, first shown at this Biennial, seeks to express and reveal the similarity of a person through the language of patterns in nature with that of our sister race, complex system and the world of bacteria.

About the event
The Cairo International Biennale, the second oldest art biennium in the Middle East, established in the 1980s as the eastern mirror of Venice's art biennial, will open its doors in its 13th edition after eight years of pause. Among the eighty invited artists from 50 countries, I, with two new parts, Sister Human 1 and Sister Human 2. Our works will be on three venues: the Palace of the Arts and the Museum of Modern Egyptian Art, in the Cairo Opera area House in Gueziri, and Aicha Fahmy Palace (former Center of the Arts) in Zamalek, all in the Cairo area, until August 10th.
