Contemporary Photography of Young Artists

From the announcement of Photon - Center for Contemporary Photography, Ljubljana: Since its inception in 2003, the Photon Gallery – Centre for Contemporary Photography has paid special attention to collaborating with artists working in the field of contemporary photography, and networking with partners from the CEE region. We regularly exhibit the work of both well-known and emerging photographers; accordingly, during the Month of Design, we have also chosen to exhibit limited edition prints by young contemporary photographers from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), which we believe represent the future and the spirit of contemporary photography. We have chosen to highlight the work of artists represented by Photon Gallery, including Anikó Robitz, Eva Petrič and Dino Kužnik, as well as the work of artists who have participated with us in the educational programme Photonic School I and II, or who have been exhibited in the exhibition Going East.
